Booking Policy

Spa Candle Setup

At Spa Lunea, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of our clients. To ensure you have the best possible experience with us, please kindly review the following policies: 

1. Special Requests

If you have any preferences (massage style, pressure level, health concerns, skin sensitivity, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. 

2. Treatment Adjustments

Before your session, we will ask about focus areas and preferred pressure. If you would like any adjustments during the treatment, please let your therapist know immediately.

3. Treatment Value

Each session is designed to reflect the therapist’s professional skill and care. Please note that additional requests will be accommodated within the scheduled treatment time.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice (email or online chat) for any cancellations or rescheduling. Online booking can only be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the service begins.

5. Insurance Receipts

The registered therapists at SPA Lunea provide official receipts for your treatments. Please note that insurance coverage varies depending on each company’s policies and your individual plan, so we cannot guarantee that every receipt will be fully reimbursed. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend confirming with your insurance provider beforehand. Once the service has been completed, refunds can not be issued.

6. Treatment Experience 

We strive to maintain a clean and relaxing environment so every client can fully enjoy the time with us. For any issue or concern, please feel free to email us and the management team will try the best to help you.
